These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Dizitude Infocom (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. ("Dizitude"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services
Dizitude provides digital marketing, IT, cloud, telephony, application development and related services. The specific scope, deliverables and timelines of any engagement will be set out in a proposal, quotation or package selected by you.
Engagement & Payments
Fees for services and packages are as quoted or listed on the relevant page and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are due as per the agreed schedule or at the time of package purchase. Work may commence upon receipt of the agreed advance or full payment.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any access, content or materials reasonably required for us to deliver the services. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for you are licensed or assigned to you as agreed. Dizitude retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how, and may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed during the engagement and to use it only for the purpose of delivering or receiving the services.
Warranties & Disclaimers
We deliver services with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or revenue outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control. Services are otherwise provided on an "as is" basis.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dizitude's total liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as per the agreed terms. Fees for work performed up to the termination date remain payable.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi/NCR shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
